Terms & Conditions

Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Rates are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

  1. A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  2. Please be aware that bookings are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from Bazza’s Beach House.

  3. Full payment is required at least 72 hours before your arrival. A reminder and confirmation email will be sent to ensure you have paid.

  4. You may check-in any time on your day of arrival. We ask that you check out by 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.

  5. Bookings cancelled 30 days or fewer in advance will result in the loss of your 10% deposit. A no-show on the day will incur a loss of your full payment.

  6. All long weekends will require a minimum stay of 3 nights. All other times are a minimum stay of 2 nights.

  7. 4WD access only.

  8. All rooms are 100% smoke-free and have been equipped with smoke and fire alarms. There is a strict no smoking policy. If you wish to smoke, please do this outside.

  9. No fires, including campfires, bonfires or fireworks are allowed to be launched from the property as per Great Barrier Island’s fire ban.

  10. Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

  11. Guests should be aware that we do not accept responsibility for damage to, or loss of any property left in Bazza’s Beach House, prior to, during or after your stay.

  12. In the event of any damages to Bazza’s Beach House property you assume responsibility for any and all damages caused by you, any guests within your party, or any visitors you have hosted during your stay.

  13. Guests are kindly requested to switch off all lights and non-essential appliances before leaving Bazza’s Beach House.
